After a week of beef stroganoff, perogies, tacos, pizza etc etc Kenny and I decided to get back into fit club. Working out means nothing if you aren’t eating properly. If I’ve learned anything over the past few years I’ve learned “You Are What You Eat”. To assist our new health kick we purchased the Nutribullet. Our regime for the next few weeks will be nutrishake for breakfast (mostly fruit), normal but healthy lunch, and a nutrishake for dinner.

Today is Day 1.
Our morning shake consisted of;
1 peach
1 banana
1 cup mixed berries
1 cup oasis smoothie mix
Water (fill to the max line)
Our lunch;
Tuna salad. Few slices of marble cheese.
Green peppers and hummus.
Nutridinner;
1 apple
1 pear
Half a banana
Two spoons flax seeds
Scoop of mixed berries
1/2 cup broccoli
Almond milk (fill to max line)
